Stats to Watch: AI by the Numbers!
AI isn’t the future—it’s the now. Here are this week’s numbers you can’t ignore:
72% of businesses have adopted AI for at least one business function.
65% of organizations are regularly using generative AI in at least one business function, nearly double the percentage from ten months prior.
98% of small businesses are utilizing AI-enabled tools, with 40% using generative AI for tasks such as content creation.
🚀 Takeaway: Early adopters of AI tools, like you, are ahead of the curve. Stay curious, and let Next Automations guide you on the path to smarter work.
Prompt of the Week: Persona Pattern
Level: Beginner | Requirement: None | Use-case: Any Department
🧑🏽🔧 Have you ever gone to a car mechanic and suddenly found yourself paying for parts you didn’t even know existed? It’s like they have a secret language, and you’re left wondering if your wallet just got scammed! 😢
🤖 Well, fear not! With AI, specifically chatbots like ChatGPT, you can now ask the right questions and validate the information of any experts.
🥷🏽 Use the Persona Pattern to have ChatGPT role-play as a specialist and provide focused advice. Simply ask it to "act as" or "pretend to be" someone with expertise in your problem area.
Pattern:
"Act as [expertise]. [Objective]."
Example:
"Act as a senior car mechanic. My car is making a clacking sound in the engine, has trouble starting, and knocks when accelerating. What could be the issue?"Sample Use Cases at work:
Act as a:
Project Manager
Tech Support Specialist
MS Excel Expert - now you can stop asking your accountant 😅!
Chef - how to cook the perfect stew that my wife will forget she’s angry at me 😅🍙
Physicist - explain quantum computing to me 😅 like I’m a 10 yr old!
😜 Have a crack and enjoy this Persona Pattern, your imagination is the limit!
